5. Lockers are provided for clothes and valuables, so it is agreed the centre is not responsible for damage or loss of property on the premises.
6. The member agrees the right to observe membership rules designed for the mutual benefit of all the members. The centre reserves the right to withdraw all membership rights from any member, without reimbursement, who after receiving due warning break the rules or whose conduct is injurious to interests of the centre or other members.

12. If paying by direct debit a minimum term of one direct debit must be adhered to. By signing this agreement you agree to honour this commitment.

18. Direct debit payers must give at least one months’ notice to cancel a membership, in writing via email to memberships@aspire.org.uk . Upon cancelling, all booking privileges will be terminated from the date the member has paid up to.
19. Members may freeze their membership for a minimum of one month at a cost of £5.00 per month and a maximum of 3 months, providing 14 days’ notice is given in writing via email to memberships@aspire.org.uk. Freezing cannot be done retrospectively.
