How do you book more than one member for a session?

To book more than one person, every person will need a separate account. You can add accounts by going to your profile, to be linked you all need to be under the same email address. Linked members will show up on your dashboard and you can switch to their account to book. Bookings must be made separately, if you add your payment details it will speed up the process.

How do I see my bookings?

On the dashboard, if you scroll down all your bookings will come up, from here you are able to cancel bookings too as long as it is before 2 hours of the session starting.

How does the waiting list work?

When you join the waiting is, it is not ordered, everyone will receive an email when there is a space. If you do not reply first it wont allow you to book on as it is first come first served basis. You must follow the link from the email and it will direct you to the app to see if you can book on.

How do I book my child if they are under 3 or if I am bringing a carer?

At the moment, they do not need to be booked as they go for free, carers go free for swimming.

Where do I find my QR code or membership number to sign in with the scanner at the centre?

You can find this on the dashboard, it is in the top right hand corner. The dashboard is the first screen that opens when you come into the app.

How do I book basketball?

You will need to phone up or email us in order to book basketball, you will still be able to see availability however, if you look at what badminton courts are available. 

How do I see how many credits I have?

You will be able to see your credits in the booking are, it will come up under the filters before you book a session.

Can I log in on multiple devices if our accounts are linked

Yes you can, it will be the same log in details. This being your email and password, once in there is a button which says switch account so you have access to everyone's account with this log in.

What happens if I cancel a class and I have paid for it already?

When you cancel a booking, a credit will be automatically added to your account, you can use it for the next time you book it.
