A whole body workout that can improve your overall fitness. Body conditioning classes involve a high energy, high impact workout and typically involve a combination of aerobics and toning.

The zoom link will be emailed to you on booking and again 30 minutes before the class starts. Please check your junk email if you do not receive the link.

Please ensure your camera is switched on during the class so that the instructor can check you are following their instructions safely, correct techniques and see who they are teaching to.
